Customer Success Manager Job Details:

Here’s an overview of the key responsibilities of the role:

  • Build consultative relationships with client User population, Partner Recruitment department, Account contacts to overcome challenges, and offer strategic solutions related to platform workflow, talent FAQ and contract onboarding. (i.e., details, file flow, or package)
  • Manages and supports the transitions process from sales to ensure a smooth transition to platform utilization for client Users
  • Serve as voice of the customer that is responsible for advocating Customer needs. Have an in-depth understanding of customer likes and dislikes about your products, which can be discovered through surveys, reviews, referrals, and more. Organize, analyze, and share this information with other departments to ensure your company’s decisions
  • Educates clients and market partners, and considers their input, for best practices for technology implementation and utilization; to improve efficiencies and workflow as a result. Provide training to clients and SG Employers on any SG Technology
  • Manages and educates Users (Clients and Contractors) on new feature release schedule. Provides tutorial and training seminars
  • Maintain communication and manage client accounts within SkillGigs regarding open orders, candidate supply, confirmed clinicians, and contract end dates, and retention/extension of current placements
  • Provides strategic and operational oversight to support clients including user account management, candidate selection, communication, candidate orientation and on-boarding
  • Responsible for maintaining MRR growth as assigned and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Directs our relationship manager (talent-facing) teams through accurate order details and unit descriptions to ensure adequate candidate file flow so all work force needs are filled within contract timeframes
  • Match Gigs using SkillGigs Marketplace to increase coverage of submissions and booking process momentum. Identifies areas for improvement or efficiency
  • Responsible for ensuring the candidate profile is updated in the Technology to ensure candidate meets client’s minimum requirements
  • Facilitate and work Accounts Receivable and Billing to resolve any outstanding issues between and customer and SkillGigs
  • Must live and breathe startups with broad responsibilities, crazy busy, dynamic environment, lots of responsibility and lots of fun

Minimum Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Required to Pass SkillGigs Market Account Management Certification Program
  • Sales Certification Preferred 

 Minimum Sales Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ sales / Account Management / Recruiting/operations in IT Staffing

 Preferred Experience:

  • 2-4 as Customer Success Manager for SAAS/PAAS
