When asked about the future and trends, Kashif Aftab highlighted “AI/ML is going to be huge, I feel, in this adoption process. And how we are able to, as Jeff mentioned, integrate with existing systems in the client’s own technology ecosystem. And how we are able to help make those decisions. Something else that is perhaps on the horizon, but still in its early days, is the unification of procurement and HR when it comes to these decisions around direct sourcing and HR Tech.”
